Accessories / Special Features

*         TRIPET (Bruetsch) CNC Control for 3 axes (Z, X and U) with electric hand wheel, with the usual programs such as pendular grinding, double pendular grinding, blind hole grinding (with face grinding), plunge-cut grinding, and automatic compensation of the dressing amount.  Feed movements via stepping motor and roller-thread spindles (with hydraulic linear amplifier in the Z Axis).

*         Separate REFU Converter for the mounted PRECISE High Frequency Grinding Spindle, Model SC 40-0, n = 60,000 – 120,000 rpm.  (One extra spindle is available.)

*         Workpiece headstock with hydraulic workpiece clamping device.  (Also mounted at present is a special clamping device for long parts, which can be hydraulically clamped between the workpiece headstock and the live driving collar.)

*         Motor-driven dressing device.     *   Coolant preparation with centrifuge.
