The Preowner of the machine

( a very well known manufacturer of ballscrew spindle sets) has placed a

SIEMENS – Control Model SIECOMP with soft keys and Monitor, for 3 Axis

with SIEMENS Motors and HEIDENHAIN Scales in the X/Z/C-Axis

*       All Movements/Leads/Infeeds will be generated by the Control System.

*       Mounted Diamand Roll Profiling Device Make KW, swivable +/- 10 ° for preparing

the Ball Screw profile into the grinding tool, with hydraulic motor for the Tool speed

and the Tool holder arm can be hydraulically moved into/out of working area for

profiling procedure.

*       FISCHER HF Internal grinding spindle up to 30.000 rpm with oil and air lubrication

and with Infinitely variable grinding spindle speeds, Ø 120 mm,

spindle can be moved horizontally approx. 100 mm, and can be swivelled 2x10°

·      Built-on FORKHARDT 4-jaws chuck approx. Ø  250 mm with connection to internal

coolant supply thru spindle

·      Workpiece head can be displaced manually on the table for approx. 400 mm (Z-axis)

·      Separate switch and Control cabinets, Hydraulic aggregate, Lubrication device

·      Covered Grinding area with hood and sliding door, cabinoil drip pan, etc.
