Accessories / Special Features

 

·    The machine was retrofitted in 1998 with SIEMEN PLC control by STÄHLI Deutschland. All processing parameters, time intervals and pressure levels for the automatic working cycle are set via the SIEMENS control panel.

·    TESA gauge control unit TT 20 with a sensor inside the hollow spindle. During the work process the sensor measures continuously and ends the cycle automatically when the target measurement is reached.

·    Machine is presently equipped with fine grinding wheels suitable for highly accurate,  simultaneous parallel double-sided fine grinding jobs.

·    Motor-driven dressing / trueing device, height adjustable and swivelling, built on side of machine, with variable feed.

·    Dosing device for lapping fluid or rinsing agent with reservoir.

·    Various drive and pressure setting alternatives such as:  Synchronized speed/counter direction, single drive, entrainment of one or both wheels, clockwise/anticlockwise, etc.

·    Motor-driven height adjustable planetary drive for the transportation wheel.
