·      LODI CNC control T 2010 for (Z) grinding head infeed, (Y) grinding head position change left - right, (X) dressing amount and speed, (W,V) positioning of gauge control, (A,B) spindle rotation of each rotary table.

With simple input of all important cycle parameters, pre-programmed automatic cycles, additional programming-editor, programms management, tool management, jog mode, etc.

·      with integrated electronic handwheel.

·      MARPOSS gauge control P7ME for continuous measuring of the workpiece height during grinding process and automatic switch-off when the final amount is reached. The position of the measuring sensor can be set separately for both rotary tables via the CNC control.

·      MARPOSS structure-borne sound grinding gap control unit to avoid "air loops". (The structure-borne sound is transmitted via the respective rotary table by a water jet).

•    CNC-controlled grinding wheel dressing unit mounted under the segment head, with automatic compensation of the dressing amount. Simple input of parameters via the CNC control in pre-programmed dressing cycle.

•    2 x round magnetic plate Dia. 800 mm with fine ring pole pitch and variable electrical holding force

•    Hydraulic counter balance for the grinding head.

•    Separate switch and control cabinet, complete enclosure of the work area with oil mist extraction unit
