*       STÄHLI in process gauge control for continuously scanning of the workpiece height during fine grinding/lapping and automatic switch-off after the correct measurement are achieved

*       Working cycle can be controlled automatically using a time switch.

*       Machine is at present equipped with Finegrinding wheels for double-sided,

highly accurate grinding of plane parallel workpieces.

*       Height-adjustable and swivelling, motor-driven dressing device, built on side of

      machine, with infinitely variable feeds.

*       The pressing power of the upper wheel is hydraulically controlled via  presettable

      valves.

*       Pressure steps can be set using a HELLER hydraulic unit. Pressure phases can be

     set on a timer.

*       Steplessly adjustable speeds of the Upper- & Lower disc

*       Various drive possibilities such as:  Synchronized speed/counter direction, single

     drive, entrainment of one or both wheels, clockwise/anticlockwise, etc.

*       Height adjustable planetary drive device for the Workpiece Carriers.

*       Coolant device with tank and magnetic separator, various splash guards.
