·      The machine operates with a fixed workpiece position, allowing both the grinding spindle and the regulating spindle unit to be adjusted. This simplifies machine setup and automatic workpiece loading and unloading.

·      SIEMENS PLC control for automated workcycles with a SIEMENS touchscreen. The entire electrical system and PLC control system were newly installed in 2016!

·      Electromechanical copy dressing device for the regulating wheel

·      Regulating wheel and grinding wheel speeds are steplessly adjustable.

·      Mounted adjustable workpiece plunge-cutting guide bridge with mounted plunge-cutting workpiece support.

·      Electromechanically controlled workpiece pusher and aut. pneumatic workpiece ejector

·      Additional extension cylinder for automatic workpiece Doping after plunge-cutting grinding (adjustable from 4 to 30 mm).

·      The machine is prepared for use with a HELP-TEC MSHL08/400P lift workpiece loader, but this is not currently available.
