Graphically supported data input in absolute dimensions or via teach-in procedures for preprogrammed grinding and dressing cycles. SIEMENS LCD display with softkeys for setting all parameters and easy monitoring axis movements and work progress.

·    Electronic handwheel for 3 axes X, Y, and Z, feed rate switchable from 0.01 / 0.1 / 1 mm/rev.

·    table movement is effected by a rolling ring thread drive (GT), which allows both very high and very low table speeds with constant torque and very high efficiency.

·    cross and vertical movements are effected by a ball screw drive with incremental glass scale.

·    Single-point diamond dresser mounted on the table. (The machine was previously equipped with an EGA 100 electric straight-line dresser, which is dismounted.)

·    MPM fully automatic balancing device AB 100 (the flange mounted sensor is currently missing).

·    Mounted, fine-pole electromagnet plate 2,000 x 600 mm with adjustable holding force
