Purposes and legal bases

The website presents our used-machine stock. Statutory imprint information and page requests are based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in informing visitors and operating the site).

The inquiry form collects first name, last name, e-mail, optional phone and company, a message and selected machines. We use this to handle the inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or pre-contractual steps. Consent to processing is recorded with the inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Recipients and hosting

Data is stored on this website instance (Joomla / makCRM) and used internally to process inquiries. The site is hosted on servers in Germany. We disclose data to third parties only where required for hosting, delivery or legal obligations.

Logs and security

The web server stores standard access data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page, user agent) to operate the site and defend against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period unless a specific security review requires longer retention.

Cookies

Technically necessary cookies or session data may be used for site operation and language selection. This website does not use advertising tracking.

Retention

Inquiries and related contact data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, keep a record and meet statutory retention duties, then deleted or restricted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

To exercise these rights, write to the e-mail address above.
