* Machine is set up for precision honing of a valve body for automobiles, approx. Ø 12 mm x height 40 mm; with a blind hole approx. Ø 8 mm x 20 mm.

* BOSCH SPS Control for programmable working process and Cylindromatic “S” Control.
* 8 Station Rotary Table, Model DH 750-45, Ø approx. 750 mm.
* Workpieces are loaded via a chute. Outside the table area is a duburring station, a pre-measuring station, and a reversing station.
* Pre-honing, followed by measuring station.
* Intermediate honing, followed by measuring station.
* Finish honing, followed by measuring station.
* Workpiece unloading device. Good workpieces are separated from faulty ones.
* Mechanical Automatic Honing Heads, Model MAZ-8-42 for expansion of honing tool.
* The three measuring stations work by an air measuring mandrel, which moves into the bore hole and transfers the appropriate correction values to the fine adjustment control of the spindle.
* Complete coolant device with band filter. * Separate switch cabinet.
* Separate hydraulic unit, etc. Condition : Good to very good. Machine can soon be inspected under power. Delivery : Ex stock, as inspected. Payment : Net, after conclusion of contract. Thank you for your interest.
