This machine is not equipped with automatic workpiece feed, the parts (rods) are

inserted manually, in front of working area is a Plexiglas – sliding screen which is operated

manually

Currently equipped with 1 straightening die and 4 pneumatic control points, however,

upgradeable for max. 7 control points. These are adjustable on the lower pressing table

(longitudinally adjustable) in the range of approx. 500 mm, the straightening die is adjustable on the upper ram in a prism guide

2 tailstocks are movable on the press table up to a max. clamping length of 600 mm, left side is motorized including spindle sleeve, right side with index plate Workpiece rotation by stepping motor from 10 to 100 rpm
2 workpiece trays (prism) on left and right side for storage of workpieces
The workpiece is measured on pre-set control points and straightened accordingly,

the straightening process is monitored and controlled with the measuring device, straightening stroke control for pre-set ram-stroke
