This machine was used for levelling and embossing of (automotive) cylinder head gaskets, which are brought in

with a circular workpiece transportation device under the piston. Cycle time approx. 6 sec./part

• All stroke lengths and pressing times are set up with cam control for stroke up/ stroke down/ load stroke/tool changing positions and counter SIEMENS SIEMATIC-Control S 7 for the entire working process Infinitely variable workpiece transport device which goes past the right column
• Ram is equipped with a quick changing device for the upper tool Lag travel 13 mm, lag time 72 ms with intergr. monitoring Display for oil pressure and oil temperature, workpiece counter, etc..

This machine is ideal for thin stamping-, forming- and straightening processes under high pressure.
