- * SIEMENS-CNC-Control model M 810 for the Indexing axis ( X ) so there is no need for any change gears anymore, indexing steps from 0,001 – 2.100 mm adjustable, also different index - steps programmable on the same workpiece.
- * Manual adjustment of all hydraulic federates and quickfeeds, also 2-cut device available for roughing and finishing process, all slidetravels are limited by switches
- * 2-parts hydraulic workpiece clamping device in total 2.000 length x 160 mm width,
- * Heavy duty milling head with electronic drive for steplessly adjustable milling speeds.
- * Separate standing switch and cabinet, separate hydraulic unit, separate coolant device with swarfconveyor and swarfconveyor built-in the table
- * Central lubrication, etc. The CNC-Control can be easily retrofitted with a new SIEMENS 840 D if required.
This machine is especially suitable for milling racks, and also for manufacturing
broaching tools (relief milling is possible by swivelling the cutter head) and sawblades.
