Accessories / Special Features
- * FEINPRÜF measuring- and automatic sequence control MILLITRON P 2070 with monitor for the fully automatic straightening sequence : loading of workpiece, measuring of the out of straightness, positioning of the workpiece at maximum out of straightness on top, straightening stroke, check measuring (and if necessary restart straightening process), workpiece deloading.
- * Machine is equipped with a short workpiece feeding system. The workpiece is mounted between pneumatic tailstocks with centres.
- * At present, the machine is equipped with 3 straightening stamps and 5 pneumatic measuring points for one workpiece. There are two workpiece support holders on the right and left-hand sides and 1 pneumaticly moveable straightening anvil.
- * Gripper for rejected parts, which cannot be straightened, is mounted on rear of machine. Condition : Good to very good. Machine can be inspected under power. Delivery : Ex stock, as inspected. Payment : Net, after conclusion of contract.
