Accessories / Special Features:
- This Machine is built and designed for the Production of round bars and Profiles made out of hardmetalpowder, which will be heatened and formed under vacuum to avoid cavities and or cracks in the workpieces.
- The complete Extrusion Head can be swivelled so that the extruded product flows auto-
matically onto workpiece tablets which will be always forwarder piece by piece. The
movement are provided by stepmotors lengthwise.
- The complete production cycle is controlled and programmed by a MITSUBISHI Control
System Model A 1SJHCPU. There is a controlpanel with displays for Heating-Temperature,
Angle adjustment, Vaccuum Underpressure display and various pressure steps.
- 4 Heating cycles one for the extrusion nozzle and 3 for warming-up the powdermaterial.
- Material Cut-Off Device, Vacuum pump, parts, etc.
Condition : good to very good, machine comes out from a current production, Actually not under power.
