Accessories / Special Features
- * The Machine is equipped with a modern CNC-Control System developed from the manufacturer
With input of all relevant process-data and workpiece data also in order to adjust the machine easily
and quickly for other workpiece sizes (change-over time).
All process-parameters are graphically displayed on the monitor and offers the user an optimised
Process cycle.
- * Built-on (workpiece-) center rolling device for shaft formed workpieces (like gear shafts) with
centerholes, with a clamping device, with prismatic preholders for positioning the workpiece
before clamping and with one motorized (driven) tailstockcenter on the frontside of workpiece.
The stroke of the workpiece slide is approx.500 mm – so workpiece is clamped and will be moved
hydraulically between the two rolling tools.
- * Cooling unit for the hydraulic oil, separate switch cabinet, cnc control panel, etc.
- * See-thru safety covers in the working area. Central Lubrication.
