Accessories/Special Features:
- MPS = MultiProgramControl = various milling programs selectable with selection switch e.g. setting up/manual operation/ automatic operation/ adjustable,
at the end of milling cycle machine goes automatically back to starting position
- Instead of the universal hobbing head there is mounted bevel gear-milling unit for milling of straight- and helical toothed bevel gears, for workpiece-Ø up to 80 mm to 325 teeth Module 1,25, and angle of cone 0 – 90 °/spiral angle of tooth up to 15 °, also with swivel-in deburring facility
- separate hydraulic unit and separate coolant device
- approx. 50 change gears, some hob arbors, unfortunately without tool gauge
Condition : good, can be inspected in operation, the bevel gear milling device is ideal
for small or medium sized number of workpieces. It is working continuously with
a profiled single toothed tool.
